I came in for an IUD insertion and was pretty wound up after reading some horror stories online. I loved that my boyfriend was allowed to be in the room with me from start to finish. Alisa made me (and my partner) feel at ease for the whole visit, she even cracked some jokes and lightened the mood. The insertion went off without a hitch and I felt very well cared for. The office is beautiful and staff are so patient and helpful. I never once felt rushed, which unfortunately is a rarity these days in the medical world. Highly recommend!! Thank you to all the staff.

Excellent practice!! I would like to thank everyone from friendly and always helpful receptionists to knowledgeable and caring midwife Diana Buckwalter who delivered our baby and made the whole experience super smooth. Can’t thank you guys enough for your great customer service skills, attentiveness and professionalism.

Melanie Redfield, NP was a joy to work with. She was quick to go through all areas of paperwork and the patient exam. We talked about what was relevant now with medication and what to look forward yo in the future. She was fast, but thorough. Thanks!

Dr. Torres is the first obgyn I’ve had who actually listened to my issues, was open to questions, tried to find the best treatment for me, and wanted to make sure I got what I needed. I just wish I had visited her sooner!
I’ve had some great experiences at places like planned parenthood too but they just don’t always have the ability to spend as much time and care as needed with each patient to find a unique, effective treatment plan. Plus, getting an appointment with Dr. Torres was so much easier, I was able to schedule an initial for just one week out. I’m so so relieved I’ve found this office and they’ve taken so much stress out of my medical needs!
